Refund policy
• Live Arrival Guarantee
Live arrival is only guaranteed with 2nd Day Air upgraded shipping. Meaning if the entire plant is dead on arrival, roots, base and leaves not just leaves I will refund or replace.
If standard shipping is selected, I cannot guarantee live arrival due to weather conditions and courier handling.
• Refund Process for 2nd Day Air Selection
You must notify me within 2 days of your purchase with the issue and pictures of issue. If you want a return/exchange refund you will pay the shipping fee and a 30% restocking fee.
• All sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued. I do allow one cancellation per customer, with a valid reason.
• Ongoing Support
If you have any issues or questions about your plant at any time, even months later, please reach out! I will always do my best to provide an accurate and helpful response.
• Unboxing Requirement
Please record a video of the unboxing when your plant arrives. This helps ensure that any issues can be resolved quickly.
I cannot be held responsible for courier or shipping damage without an unboxing video.
• Condition Acknowledgment
Please review all photos and request additional pictures or videos if needed before purchasing. Make note of any pre-existing cosmetic flaws such as damaged leaves or minor defects.
• Reporting Issues
Any concerns must be reported within 8 hours of delivery.
